Value Selling & Technical Consulting: Move beyond transactional selling to offer specialized lubrication solutions that solve client pain points, focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO) and energy efficiency.
Market Mapping & Sales Strategy: Conduct deep analysis of market segments to identify high-potential opportunities, new business developments, and competitive threats.
Commercial & Financial Control: Manage pricing strategies, ARC, handle price increases & relationship with Key Accounts HO & OEM
