Job Summary
The Commodity Manager, Professional Services and IT, is responsible for developing, executing, and supporting corporate sourcing initiatives for indirect procurement on behalf of the Global Indirect Procurement organization. He/She will perform data analysis to identify new sourcing and other cost optimization opportunities to generate cost savings and risk mitigation for categories managed. Primary categories may include but are not limited to IT hardware, personal compute, software licensing/support, regional labor, regional logistics and other regional professional services. He/She is responsible for negotiating contracts and communicating to stakeholders and Sr. Management the value propositions associated with the book of business assigned.
