Own the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of all compensation data globally. Position data as the single source of truth for compensation decisions. Drive advanced analytics to support executive decision-making, pay equity, and workforce strategy. Lead the transformation of Compensation & Benefits into a data‑driven, insight‑led function.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Data Ownership & Integrity – Act as global owner of compensation data quality across all systems and geographies. Define, implement, and enforce data governance frameworks (standards, controls, audit protocols). Ensure alignment between compensation data, job architecture, grading, and organisational structure. Lead resolution of complex data issues across HRIS, payroll, finance, and external providers. Ensure full audit readiness and traceability of all compensation data.
