Alert International is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will manage compensation frameworks across the MENA region, ensuring compliance and optimizing compensation structures. You will advise business leaders on cost management and lead complex compensation cases. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, and 2+ years at the Group/HQ level. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.
