Global DE&I Programs Manager — Data & AI Enabled

Takeda is seeking a Program Manager for Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Mexico City. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of DE&I programs using digital tools and data analytics. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure programs are culturally relevant and aligned with DE&I priorities. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, strong program management skills, and experience in DE&I initiatives. This is a full-time position located in Santa Fe.
