Responsibilities i. Support Vice President of Global Events and Planning 1. Administration - Calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, briefings and prep, communication support - managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, office logistics – manage supplies 2. Support weekly team meeting with a/v and scheduling speakers (e.g., internal speakers, vendor showcases) ii. Support Global Events team with planning and/or onsite tasks at Delta Signature Events Support Team engagement activities
