Responsibilities (English)
- Manage Express Rail Service requests, carrier communication, QC checks, billing & costing.
- Support Canadian freight operations with documents such as manifests, invoices and pre-alerts.
- Maintain accuracy in Cargowise for shipments.
- Update our auto-costing database with carrier rates and transport zones.
- Track ocean imports and send warehouse notifications.
- Assist with cost tracking, remittances and billing.
