Global HR Data Governance & Org Structure Lead

Otis Elevator Co. is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Organizational Data & Governance, to oversee the governance and improvement of HR organizational data. This role requires expertise in HR technology, data integrity, and experience in designing organizational structures across HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in HR Data Management. You will drive simplification and automation while maintaining compliance with audit processes.
