Global HR Service Partner (80–100%)

An internationally operating and fast‑growing company in a technical environment is looking for immediate HR support. In this role, you will manage HR operations across multiple countries and ensure smooth HR processes in an international setting with a strong focus on recruiting technical talent.

Your Impact:

• Manage administrative HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees across multiple countries (e.g. Switzerland, Germany, UK, Netherlands)
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and employee records
• Ensure consistent HR support and documentation across different regions
• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g. engineers, project managers)
