The Ideal apprentice will assist and keep track of our operations to ensure that Trend Micro continuously provides excellent service. 

Roles and Responsibility: 
• Assist in Service Operations. 
• Ensure Trend Micro products and services are stable and available 24/7.
• Create tools to improve our daily data collection and targets monitoring.
