Within the Medical Strategy, Transformation and Excellence team, the Medical Innovation function serves as the enterprise incubator for high-impact innovation across Medical Affairs. Operating on an Incubator-to-Operator model, the team scouts, use cases, and proves new capabilities before scaling them into standard practice globally.
