Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist — Remote

Varicent is seeking a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll and benefits administration for 600+ employees across North America, EMEA, LATAM and Australia. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and collaborate with stakeholders, payroll providers and employees to deliver a consistent experience.

You will contribute to year-end activities, maintain records and monitor regulatory updates, while aligning with global payroll programs and benefits.
