Global Rewards Director

The Global Rewards Director will lead the development, governance, and evolution of AutoStore’s global rewards frameworks to ensure competitiveness, fairness, scalability, and alignment with business strategy. This role will develop and oversee compensation structures, performance & incentive schemes, annual merits and benefits programs and support workforce analysis and economics.

The role is also accountable for executive compensation governance, including the design, administration and review of executive reward programs, short‑ and long‑term incentive plans, and Board‑level compensation matters. The Global Rewards Director serves as a key partner to the CHRO, CFO, CEO and Remuneration Committee (RemCo), providing market insights, analytics, recommendations and governance support to ensure executive reward practices align with business strategy, shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
