**Job Description**
This team is responsible for **sourcing Technology purchases** (Software, Software as a Service, Infrastructure) on a regional and global basis. Primary responsibility is to develop, negotiate and implement sourcing strategies by working with key stakeholders on technology requirements, IT, security and legal, which then requires preparing and completing sourcing recommendations to various levels of management.

+ Understand the IT industry and thestrategicdirection GM/Software and Services is headed.
+ Ability to work effectively cross-functionally,internallyand externally, while building strong relationships
