Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Engineering (Global)  Location:  Derby, UK 
Reports to:  Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations 
About the Role  This is a strategic, insight‑driven role partnering across three major engineering businesses - Civil , Defence , and Power Systems  - to elevate workforce planning, strengthen talent acquisition performance, and drive data‑led decision‑making across a complex global matrix. 
You will work hand‑in‑hand with four regional TA Business Partners (US, Germany, EPAC, UK) and integrate into the People Services team to shape how engineering talent is planned, forecasted, and delivered globally. 
This is not  an operational recruiter role. It is a strategic talent partner  role focused on workforce planning, stakeholder influence, and organisational readiness.
