Global Talent Strategy & Analytics Leader

Pos Service Holland in Mexico City is looking for a Global Talent Manager to enhance our talent acquisition and employer branding. You will lead the corporate recruiting team, ensuring effective hiring across regions and contributing to HR operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in talent management and excellent strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with Paylocity HRIS is preferred. This role may involve occasional travel to the United States and other regions.
