Job Description:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize textile manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and production targets
Oversee daily operations across weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality control to ensure timely and high-quality output
Identify and drive initiatives for cost reduction, process efficiency, and productivity improvements
Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and occupational health & safety policies
