Gm-plumbing and firefighting design engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GM – Plumbing & Firefighting Design to lead the design, planning, coordination, and execution support of plumbing and firefighting systems across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient, code-compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective MEP designs while coordinating with consultants, architects, project teams, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management

Lead the design and development of plumbing, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, storm water, rainwater harvesting, and firefighting systems for real estate projects. Review and approve design drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documents prepared by consultants.
