Responsible for the CAD deliverable of Assembly flow Diagram, BIW Component and Assembly Locator drawing and Measurement points for all vehicle programs of all the CBGs.
Creating and updating the AFD as per the car line leader input.

Creating and updating locator drawing and measurement points in Teamcenter with help of NX/CATIA/FIDES/Hyper works.

Creating Coordinate cut plane drawings per Input.

EBOM Scan for Change management Study
Skills Required:
Knowledge in CAR body BIW Process

Knowledge in Final Assembly Engineering

Knowledge in Checking and welding Fixtures

Knowledge in CMM
