Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize work, monitor course conditions and worker productivity, implement training and keeping records. Develop alternate plans adaptable to changing conditions.
- Roster course maintenance staff and supervise work being carried out to achieve the highest course maintenance standards.
- Inspection of the course condition on a daily basis and preparing weekly miscellaneous works summary for action to be carried out.
- Supervise the preparation of course for major tournaments.
- Perform monthly stock-take of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides and ensuring stock cards are properly maintained.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors on the up-keep of course maintenance equipment.
- Perform physical check on the condition of the course equipment on a weekly basis and prepare repair request as and when necessary. Propose for the acquisition of course maintenance equipment.
