We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist  with proven experience in lead generation and performance optimization. This role will manage all aspects of our Google Ads account — from campaign creation to weekly KPI reporting — with the goal of generating high-quality leads and driving measurable ROI. 
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in identifying patterns within campaign data to optimize conversions. This position requires experience with data tracking, conversion attribution, and custom dashboard reporting in GoHighLevel (GHL) . 
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Develop, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Retargeting campaigns  focused on lead generation. 
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation that aligns with brand and conversion goals. 
Set up accurate conversion tracking  using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and GHL integrations....
