WHAT YOU DO
- Collaborate with a diverse and talented interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and support Google Workspace rollouts worldwide.
- Focus on ensuring the long-term success of these projects by optimizing workflows and automating processes.
- Provide Level 3 support to our helpdesk, troubleshoot complicated issues, and develop innovative solutions to streamline Level 2 support workflows.
