Must-Have Skills:
 -  
6+ years’ experience focused on Guidewire Policy Center configuration and Gosu development
.
 -  Strong hands-on with: Gosu, PCF (Page Configuration Files), Data Model (entities/typelists), Rules/Workflows, Product Model, Rating. 
Integration patterns (SOAP/REST), messaging, event handling, batch processing. 
Working knowledge of Guidewire Studio, Databases (Oracle/SQL Server/).

-  Practical understanding of P&C insurance life cycle: new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations/reinstatements, rewrites, mid-term changes
.
 -  Domain knowledge in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines. 

-  Experience with Agile delivery, Git-based version control, branching strategies, and code review practices. 

 -  Exposure to Guidewire Cloud / PolicyCenter Cloud (GOSU + Cloud-specific services). 

-  Experience with BillingCenter / ClaimCenter and common cross-app integrations.
