GPS Practitioner
Job Summary
As Site GPS Practitioner, you will join the site team (reporting to the Site GPS Lead) to deploy and embed the GSK Production System (GPS) so that the site strategy turns into real improvements in safety, quality, service and cost. You will use GPS to simplify and standardise how work is done and help the site progress towards zero accidents, zero defects and zero waste.
Job Responsibilities
Translate the site’s strategy and GPS principles into simple, standard and sustainable ways of working across site operations.
Use GPS maturity matrices to regularly assess where the site is today, identify gaps, and support the site in building and delivering action plans to close those gaps.
Build broad GPS capability at the site by helping design and embed performance management systems, developing Lean Six Sigma skills, strengthening CI and problem-solving capability, and supporting waste elimination.
