Support across a broad spectrum of special educational needs 
What you’ll do Work with identified pupils to deliver steady, structured support in class and through short intervention blocks. You’ll break tasks into clear steps, use visual schedules/now-next boards, and scaffold transitions so lessons feel predictable and safe. Sessions will target communication, self-regulation and core literacy/numeracy. You’ll capture crisp notes on progress and agree next actions with teachers and the SENCO to keep provision joined up.
