Role Overview

This hands‑on role involves the designing of electro‑mechanical products, building prototypes, and thoroughly testing and refining the designs. Finalised designs will be made ready for production, customer integration, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Design new products and product improvements from the initial “sketch” phase through to manufacture.
• Build and test prototypes to assess performance, safety, quality and manufacturability. Then iterate the design to make improvements.
• Optimise designs to ensure they are cost‑effective and align with company processes and document standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product integrates into their specific environments and systems.
