Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced recruiter to join a large early careers team hiring interns, apprentices, and graduates across EMEA. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from interview through to offer—partnering with attraction teams and hiring managers to deliver top talent.
What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end hiring for early careers roles
Coach candidates and stakeholders through selection and offer stages
Ensure an engaging, high-quality candidate experience
Use data and KPIs to track pipelines and hit hiring targets
Collaborate closely with hiring teams to drive successful outcomes
What we’re looking for
3+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in particular Graduate hiring
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Data-driven approach with experience managing pipelines
Excellent communication, coaching, and assessment skills<...
