Role Summary
The Graphics Specialist produces, re-creates, edits, formats and layouts business presentations and documents according to the clients’ specifications using MS Office applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant’s specifications using MS Office applications.
- Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant’s meet the standards on quality as per the committed time.
- Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free.
- Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
- Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
- Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits.
- Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management.
