Greenhouse Cultivation Lead (Hope BC)

The Greenhouse Cultivation Lead plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across propagation, nursery, and flowering. This is a hands‑on position for someone who leads from the floor, supports team performance, and takes ownership of plant health and production outcomes. The role reports to the Cultivation Supervisor and is based out of our Hope, BC facility. Shifts are rotational and may include mornings, days, and afternoons, depending on production needs.
