Job Synopsis Under the direction and guidance from the Outdoor Operations Manager, the Grooming Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of Whitewater Mountain Resort’s Grooming Department. This role oversees the daily planning and execution of all grooming, snow removal, and heavy equipment operations to ensure exceptional skiing conditions, safe mountain access, and efficient base area operations.
