Responsibilities
- Supports implementation and operational application of the Local Ground Handling Regulation (LGHR) across airport operations.
- Monitors operational compliance and ensures alignment between regulatory requirements, operational practices, and contractual obligations.
- Manages contracts with ground handling companies, PRM providers, and relevant operational stakeholders, including KPI/SLA monitoring, contract amendments, operational follow-up, and day-to-day administration activities.
- Acts as the primary operational interface with airlines, ground handling companies, PRM providers, fuel stakeholders, and relevant airport departments.
