Job description
HireArt is helping our client find Ground Operations Schedulers (Mission Readiness & Fleet Response) to support a centralized workforce management (WFM) function designed to stabilize and optimize 24/7 operations across Mission Readiness (MR) and Fleet Response (FR).In this role, you will serve as the architect of a scheduling transformation initiative, centralizing roster management and triaging ad hoc requests to eliminate manual workload for operational leads. You’ll ensure staffing efficiency targets are met while supporting a growing network of depots, resorts, and remote staging locations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where precision directly impacts operational uptime and safety.
