Grounds Maintenance Operative

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well‑maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in the Cambridge area and travelling to sites across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).
