Location: Leiston
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Leiston. This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of a team, supporting a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out hydroseeding operations
Planting shrubs, grass, and other vegetation
Cutting back hedgerows and general vegetation management
Operating and maintaining machinery, including a ride-on tractor
Supporting day to day grounds maintenance activities
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlinesRequirements
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
Knowledge and experience using a ride on tractor
