Grounds Supervisor

This role is for an experienced and motivated Grounds Supervisor to lead and oversee operations across multiple sites around Heathrow & Windsor Area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance team Carrying out general horticultural and ground maintenance duties
• Assist with day-to-day ground operations and site activitie
• Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
• Load, unload, and move materials safely
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Support team members with operational tasks as required
• Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
