POSITION SUMMARY
: Under the general direction of the Area Manager Capital Planning/Infrastructure/Maintancence, the incumbent is responsible for: performing routine grounds work; acting as a resource person for Labourers and other staff assisting with grounds work; inspecting work performed by the Labourers and other staff; assisting with the development of operating procedures and landscape plans; scheduling and supervising planting and maintenance programs; care and maintenance of indoor tropical plants; selecting appropriate pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers; and performing a variety of related duties.

Performs routine grounds work (cutting grass, planting and watering flowers and shrubs, shovelling snow, etc.).
