Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly group consolidation process and support the preparation of annual statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with SFRS(l), statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly consolidated management reports and presentation materials, including variance analysis and commentary for management review.
- Coordinate with business unit finance team on annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and the consolidation of group financial results for management reporting purposes.
- Oversee monthly reporting deliverables across business units and ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing the month‑end closing process and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
