Group Accountant

Key Responsibilities Maintain full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in a timely manner Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules Handle GST preparation and submission to IRAS Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage inventory accounting, including stock reconciliation, costing, and variance analysis Lead stock take exercises and inventory valuation Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary Prepare schedules and documentation for annual audit and tax computation Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements Assist in group budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring Perform ad‑hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned Perform Group consolidation and review of monthly financial reports from subsidiaries Supervise and coach junior staff in accounting and finance operations ...
