Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a high growth SME in the city centre to appoint a hands on Chief Financial Officer to oversee the finance function and help drive the next phase of growth. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and a close partner to the CEO and the Investors, responsible for leading the finance function end-to-end while driving value creation across M&A, integration, and performance improvement. This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded CFO with proven experience executing and integrating acquisitions in an SME environment, ideally within professional or people-led services businesses.
