We are looking for a Group Compliance Manager with expertise in sanctions, ethics and data protection to oversee the Group’s compliance policies and programmes, ensuring the legal and ethical integrity of Croda.
Who We're Looking For:
- Educated to degree level in relevant discipline
- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience as Compliance Manager
- Expertise in sanctions, ethics and data protection
- Experience in managing large projects
- Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence at all levels within the business
- Commitment to deliver results and make a meaningful contribution in a team environment and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
