Location: Spangdahlem Air Base – Fitness Center (Bldg.

  • 580), Germany Key Responsibilities: Lead group exercise classes (aerobics or indoor cycling) according to the weekly schedule of 5–15 classes , Monday through Saturday.


    Deliver safe and effective fitness programming including cardio, strength, flexibility, HI/LO impact, group cycling, kickboxing, circuit training, abs, and group strength sessions.


    Arrive 15 minutes before each class and 30 minutes before special events .


    Ensure all participants meet age requirements (16+ unless 13–15 with qualified adult supervision).


    Maintain a professional, athletic appearance and follow all Fitness Center attire guidelines.


    Prepare the fitness area before class: remove hazards, check equipment, turn on/off lights, fans, and electronics.
