Group Financial Controller Plc Position Description Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join a fast-paced, hugely successful Plc with exciting growth plans. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, key responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting - preparation and review of local and group consolidated accounts for global entities KPI Reporting - preparation of monthly reporting packs, forecasting and budgeting, investor and stakeholder reporting Process improvement Audit - Managing year-end audit processes and statutory financial statements Tax compliance Systems - ERP system upgrade, system add-ons M&A - acquisitionintegrations, and ad-hoc project work Leadership - leading and developing a team of Qualified Accountants Hybrid working plan Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Chartered Accoountant, with Big 4 training background Group Financial Reporting experience in a large plc or equivalent, may also consider Direc...
