Group Financial Manager (Maternity Cover)
A leading financial services company in Cape Town is searching for a maternity cover for the Group Financial Manager. The role requires a highly assertive and results-oriented individual who works with a strong sense of delivering quality work and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
About the Role
The Group Financial Manager is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and liaising with finance teams throughout the group. The Group Financial Manager has 3 direct reports and reports directly to the Group CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the finalization of the annual audit process
- Regulatory reporting:
- Oversee and review the annual group QRT return for the group
- Oversee and review the consolidated results of the group to assess the impact of potential risk scenarios as part of the annual ORSA process
