Tasks
The successful candidate will join the Electronics Section, which is currently staffed by 18 members. The section designs and provides operational support for the control and data acquisition systems' hardware for the particle accelerator and the experimental laboratories (beamlines). In addition, the section is responsible for the power supplies of the accelerators and the beamlines. And, finally, provides electronic design support to various sub-groups within the organization.
Duties
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead and Head of Power Supplies for the ALBA II accelerator upgrade . The role involves overseeing the development of the power supply systems that will drive the electromagnets for ALBA II. The main duties include:
