Group Lead, Electrical

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for an experienced ElectricalEngineeringGroup Lead to guide our innovative electrical team at our headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will lead and grow a small team of electrical engineers and designers who design life-changing facilities. You will also oversee the entire design process or engage as a technical expert on a specialized design. Additionally, we will rely on you to assess the requirements of a project, break it into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to determine the scope of work, budget, and staffing.
