What You'll Be Doing

As a Mechanical Design Group Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing technical guidance and support to the Mechanical Design department, ensuring the highest level of quality on all technical outputs for both internal and external customers. This position is a direct role, with time charged to projects unless supporting the Applications and Sales team.

Mechanical Engineering Design & Support

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to the Mechanical Design Project Leads and team members, while remaining hands‑on and directly responsible for designing assigned work.
• Assess customer specifications and processes to develop comprehensive conceptual designs for proposed systems, including supporting design calculations, schematics, 3rd party equipment recommendations, and incorporation of newly available technology/processes.
