Group Leader - Production

Overview

Group Leader in Production – full‑time salaried position located at General Motors St. Catharines Propulsion facility. This role is responsible for leading teams of employees or technical personnel to drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes, managing daily operations, developing and improving business processes, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, and overseeing production activities, quality assurance, inspection, problem‑solving, and GM Built‑in‑Quality initiatives.
