**Job Description**
**The Role:**
The Group Leader will lead the die assembly team & small machines, and interact with die assembly, global die buy-off, welders and verification. Work will involve complex manufacturing problems including the need to root cause and follow issues to resolution – as well as sharing and using lessons learned from peer groups. This role requires the ability to use independent discernment. The group leader will lead & support GMS activities in their department as well as site. This leadership role will have employee engagement, technical skill development and continuous improvement as central theme.

+ Comply with the terms of local and national labor agreements
+ Frequently contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group
+ Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment
