**We are immediately hiring a Group Logistics Manager I in Lockbourne, OH for a brand-new Ryder location. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a new operation and shaping team culture from the ground up.** The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings adaptability, strong leadership, and a passion for teaching and training others. In this role, you will help develop processes, mentor team members, and contribute directly to building the future of Ryder’s workforce.
+ Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
+ Annual Salary Pay: $135,000.00 per year based on experience
+ Annual Bonus Incentive: Up to 20% or more of salary per year
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
