What you will do  
Strategy & Vision:  Define a compelling product direction and roadmap that connects company goals to technical innovation in code analysis. 
Team Leadership:  Lead, coach, and grow a squad of Product Managers, ensuring high standards in product practices and career development. 
Business Impact:  Drive measurable outcomes by balancing new revenue, protecting Sonar's market moat (coverage depth/breadth), and fostering innovation in detection capabilities. 
Cross-functional Collaboration:  Partner with Engineering, UX, and Domain Leadership to align on investments, prioritization, and domain-level operating mechanisms. 
Experience and qualifications  
Leadership:  Typically 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years specifically managing PMs or leading multi-squad areas in B2B/developer-focused companies.
